Dwayne Johnson Again Tops Forbes' List of World's Highest-Paid Actors for 2019

Dwayne Johnson's latest movie, Hobbs and Shaw, may have been a bit of a letdown at the box office--but that didn't stop "The Rock" from topping Forbes' list of the highest-paid actors in the world for 2019. The Hollywood hunk reportedly raked in $89.4 million over the past year, allowing him to top a slew of Avengersstars who likewise earned big for their roles in this year's Endgame--including Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Paul Rudd, and Robert Downey Jr. Old-timers Will Smith, Adam Sandler and Jackie Chan also cracked the top 10, as did Bradley Cooper thanks to his enormous haul as the director and star of A Star Is Born. Johnson's #1 ranking also bests his #2 spot on last year's chart; he also finished #1 on the Forbes rankings in 2016; Here are the actors who made Forbes' top 10 this year:

  1. Dwayne Johnson, $89.4 million
  2. Chris Hemsworth, $76.4 million
  3. Robert Downey Jr., $66 million
  4. Akshay Kumar, $65 million
