Jennifer Lopez Wasn't Paid for "Hustlers": "I Do What I Want, I Do What I Love"


Page Six reports that Jennifer Lopez worked for free when doing the film Hustlers, in which she starred and produced. "I bank on myself, you know? That was like Jenny from the block. I do what I want, I do what I love," the star said. She went on to add, "I've never been motivated by money." The film, based on a real-life group of New York City strippers that turn the tables on their wealthy clientele, made 33 million dollars on its opening weekend. The real-life inspiration for Lopez' role said, "she did amazing on the pole. I don’t even know how to do stuff like that. So, I commend her.” Lopez was recently named one of GQ magazine's "Men of the Year
